During my MBA research, I explored how emotionally intelligent leadership directly impacts engagement, retention, and performance. That work uncovered a simple truth: trust is the foundation of every thriving team, and emotional intelligence is the bridge that builds it.

Now, as a PhD candidate, I’m continuing to explore trust as a measurable, learnable, and repairable dynamic, especially within challenging workplace environments shaped by complex personalities and sub-clinical narcissism.

This ongoing research challenges traditional views of leadership by uncovering how emotionally intelligent leaders can rebuild psychological safety, mitigate quiet quitting, and reignite commitment across diverse teams.
